3. Products and Dropshipping Model
We operate a dropshipping business. This means that when you place an order, it is forwarded to one of our third-party suppliers, who ships the product directly to you. As a result:
Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and product origin, typically 7–15 business days for orders shipped within Europe.
Product packaging may come directly from the supplier and may not feature Solonet.store branding.
Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
